I help hosts and property owners buy, sell, and manage short-term rentals — especially Airbnb, Booking.com and similar platforms — while building practical digital tools on the side. My SaaS product CheckIn Link helps hosts create beautiful, personalized digital welcome books that make guest check-ins effortless and elevate the guest experience.
Whether negotiating a property deal, optimizing a rental workflow, debugging React Native code, or designing clean user flows — I always aim for the same thing: the strongest solutions are usually the simplest and most thoughtfully executed ones.
How I think about software
I believe software can now be shaped around a specific person, workflow, and problem. I use that opportunity to solve problems I encounter in real estate, data work, automation, and customer experience instead of adapting every need to a generic product.

A private real estate data pipeline that processed more than 200,000 publicly available property-related records for internal market analysis. The work focused on collecting, cleaning, checking, deduplicating, and exporting structured data in a responsible way.
My own workflow tool for creating and organizing 360 degree property tours. It supports my real estate work by turning captured panoramas into a consistent presentation process.
A private environment for experimenting with local language models and small assistants built for focused personal workflows. I explore privacy, model constraints, prompt design, and practical automation.
An earlier React Native product focused on executive function and task initiation. I built the mobile application with Expo, TypeScript, Redux, Supabase, subscriptions, and production release workflows.
A collection of earlier mobile prototypes exploring game logic, heuristic decision systems, local state architecture, AI integrations, and mobile monetization. These projects helped me develop practical experience with Expo, MobX, Redux, and native application constraints.
